A special Mother's day gift

We took the babies to make their first art project for Mother's day this weekend. It was so funny to watch them get their hands and feet painted... they were really not sure what to think of that! At first we were trying to get hand prints, but both babies didn't want to cooperate... so we decided that feet would be easier! We will take the babies every year to do this so that we will be able to see how their little hands and feet are growing. I am all about starting family traditions! This year we were not able to get to creative with the painting, but it will be interesting to see how things will change year after year once the babies get big enough to paint their own things!
